We are normally here in the office to answer emails Monday - Friday from 10-4 Eastern time, but if we get involved in something, we won't be able to respond quickly. We're happy to answer questions about our products or to help you choose what you need for a specific skin condition. Sorry, we don't have a catalog and don't do wholesale. We accept online credit/debit card orders only from the USA only. There's lots more info about the ins and outs of shipments and whatnot on the Policies page.
We make all the skin care and soaps from our own original formulas. We buy the essential oils and the herbs from high quality wholesalers that we've built relationships with over the years, and we package them all ourselves. Pretty much nothing comes into our office that we don't work with in some way before sending it out. We've researched and written every page on this site and we believe we bring a lot of quality to our online content about plants and skin, which is why we don't like it being used without our permission. We also do all the web work, accounting (such as it is), and clerical stuff. Yes, it's a lot, and sometimes we get behind, but you can be assured that what you buy from us will be made from highest quality ingredients with knowledge and care. We truly don't recommend calling. We have lots of customers but only one person able to answer all the questions asked. It's much faster and easier for us to answer questions via e-mail - if you call, it eats into precious email answering and order filling time.
