We prefer to be contacted by email since we're usually always in the office/lab/studio and the computer stays on. We check emails several times during the day and try to reply as soon as possible. Just know that if you haven't had a reply from us after a couple of days, we're probably swamped with orders and working hard to get them out. Customer pays all USPS Priority Mail shipping costs, we recommend insuring your package against theft/damage/loss. Heavy packages can occur an additional heavy shipping charge, especially wholesale orders. We ship via the USPS exclusively within the United States only. You will receive an automated email when your order ships. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. Once a package leaves our lab, we are no longer responsible for it. Only insured orders are replaceable if lost or damaged during transit by filing a claim through your local post office. Please enter your Ship To address (and email) carefully as we cut-copy-paste this information onto your shipping label so that address will appear exactly as your entered it in the shopping cart, lower case letter and typos too.
DOUBLE BILLING
Amongst the many features of our Yahoo! Store is a charge-restriction function. This built-in feature permits us to charge your card, against a particular order, only once. Further attempts are automatically rejected. If there is a need for us to execute an additional Sale transaction (e.g., for additional heavy shipment charges), it must be done through a separate Manual Transaction function which requires specific Supervisory approval before hand.
DAMAGED ITEM
If your package/item was damaged during shipping or never arrived, contact your local post office and file a claim. Only insured orders will be reimbursed by the USPS. Anna Bellina All Natural Product is too small a business to absorb these losses.
SHELF LIFE
Our skin care products are 4.5-5.5 pH and preserved with natural ingredients. In support of this choice, we direct mail our products to ensure freshness. The products are most effective if stored in a cool, dark environment and used within 10+ months of the purchase date. Since I blend in small frequent batches, product will differ slightly from batch to batch. The season, skin needs, availability of raw ingredients, and intuition dictate for which ingredients I reach.
AUTOMATED EMAILS
Automated email notifications not coming through. Check your SPAM folder if our automated emails are not coming through. Make sure to set your email program to accept emails from info@annabellina.com. Work computers generally have the firewall set to blocks these emails. If you are still having problems, try an email account through Yahoo, AOL or another mainstream email program. Or use your home computer to place the order. Our email program does not allow attachments to be accepted for safety reasons.
LOCATIONS
We are an online entity only. Our products are not stocked in retail locations.
